Celebrating Lake City Partners Permanent Shelter

This holiday we are celebrating the success of the Lake City Partners, a non-profit serving the unhoused community in North Seattle and Shoreline. This year they received funding from King County to purchase the Oaks residential apartment building in Shoreline to serve as a permanent home for up to 65 unhoused residents.

Lake City Partners is an enhanced shelter which means it provides private rooms, health care services, and meals for its residents. Residents are full-time and able to stay permanently. There is no time limit or timeline for them to move out.

In early December our team joined with other volunteers to make the resident’s first year in their new permanent home special by helping to decorate for the holidays and providing holiday gift cards to the residents.

Eva Otto, owner of Infiniti RED said, “ I am grateful for the opportunity to help Lake City Partners and their residents. Thank you to King County and the founders, Melanie and Jonathan Neufeld, for working hard to ensure that everyone in the community has a safe and healthy home.”

As a special donation to the organization, Infiniti teamed up with U Productions, Aliko Weste to provide headshot portrait photos to both residents and staff for their family or online profile pics. They came out A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!
