Chris is a real estate entrepreneur with an extensive background in construction, high end remodeling, and property management.  A native of the Pacific Northwest, Chris is inspired by his connection with the environment and has interwoven sustainable building practices into many projects throughout his career.  As the owner of a contracting and property management company for 15 years, he developed a portfolio of custom design-build projects and provided comprehensive consulting and property management to many different clients.  These early experiences fed Chris’s natural interest in real estate.  Today, his diverse background allows him to give his real estate and developer clients unique insight into the potential of their properties.  Chris is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals whether it’s to find their dream property or to optimize their investments.  With its dual focus on real estate and development, Infiniti RED is a perfect fit with Chris’s interests.

Chris values working with the Infiniti Real Estate & Development team, being an integral part of a small, boutique firm that provides the highest level of personal service.  In addition to his Infiniti RED work, Chris is the Co-Founder of Barnes Design Build with his wife, Jennifer, who is an architect and sustainability advisor.  Chris is a natural connector and has many expert resources he can recommend.  He is a diligent problem solver, attentive and thorough in providing clients the information needed to make informed decisions.   At the core, his goal is to connect people to healthy, sustainable homes and help create regenerative communities.

Chris has been a member of Cascadia and the Northwest Eco-building Guild and has been a strong advocate of the Nature Conservancy, Adopt A Stream and Habitat for Humanity for over 25 years.  He is an avid backpacker, skier, and sailor, and loves traveling to places off the beaten track – but his biggest love is chasing after his todler son.
