Chris’s experience is developed through 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and development.
Having experienced and touched many facets of the industry. Starting with working for two of the largest general contractors in Washington State he learned valuable project management and construction engineering skills. Later after returning to school to study commercial real estate and Development at the University of Washington he began to see a much more comprehensive picture for the real estate development process.
Taking this understanding he went to work with Goodman Real Estate in their vertically integrated real estate development company. Where he was a part of their construction and new property development team. Most recently working with a private equity developer building mid and high rise developments in the Seattle area. Chris has been able to leverage his construction & real estate knowledge to guide clients from feasibility, and conceptual design, through entitlements, permitting, and construction.
