Having lived in a co-housing arrangement years ago, I was excited to learn about co-buying as a way to build wealth during a presentation Eva gave at a local event. I knew I wanted to work with an agent who specialized in co-buying since dealing with multiple buyers in a transaction can be complex. 3 friends interested in co-buying and I met with Eva and everyone came away from that meeting well equipped and ready to get started.
