Happy Solstice! What a success!

Thanks to all who came out for the 2018 Fremont Solstice Parade. We saw you out there…Did you see us? We were proud participants and sponsors of the Paradisiax Parasol Project’s debut appearance in this year’s Parade. It was a family affair from grandkid to Grammy; we were all dressed up as pollinators and prancing to the sounds of our own marching band. Our float consisted of three brightly colored hand dyed cotton parasols constructed from scratch using bamboo and salvaged or reused materials. Thanks to all of the pollinators, artists, tinkerers, builders, designers, dancers, musicians and colorful spirits for all of your hard work. And you too Dads, thank you and Happy Father’s Day!
